Your resume, LinkedIn profile, and other career documents shouldn't exist in isolation. They need to reflect who you are, what you do exceptionally well, the value you bring, and where you want to go next.
That's why our work starts with conversation and strategy, not writing. The Scientech Career System™ connects that strategy across positioning, visibility, and interviews.
I don't strip away the technical substance. I connect it to the bigger picture.
Technical expertise can be difficult to communicate to people outside your specialty. My job is to preserve the substance while making the value, impact, and broader relevance of your technical work easier to understand through strategic career positioning.
You work directly with me the entire time.
As a solo business, I don't hand your project off to a junior writer or overseas team. I work with you directly from strategy through the final deliverables and post-engagement follow-up.
Our work may involve career documents, LinkedIn, job search strategy, coaching, interview preparation, or some combination depending on what you actually need.

Sometimes the answer isn't another resume revision. I'll tell you when I think something needs to change, when your strategy needs more work, or when a different approach makes more sense.
