How the Scientech Coaching Process Works
There’s a framework behind my coaching, but it isn’t a rigid, one-size-fits-all program. I use the Scientech Career System™ as a foundation while tailoring each engagement to what you’re actually dealing with.
Before each session, I provide targeted pre-work to gather key information—much like gathering data before an experiment. That lets us focus our time on working through the issue and coming up with a plan to move you forward. During the session, I’ll ask questions, challenge your thinking when needed, provide feedback and guidance, and help you work through your options.
