Career Documents Update | For Returning Clients
A returning client benefit: keeping your career documents and positioning strategy aligned with where your career is headed.
We already did the strategic work. You don’t need to start over every time your career changes.
I already know your background, career story, and the positioning strategy we developed together in our initial engagement.
This update focuses on what’s changed and what needs to change with it.
What Your Update Includes
Your update covers the career documents included in your original Scientech engagement.
01 – Strategy | Pre-Delivery Strategy Meeting (60 Minutes)
We’ll reconnect to discuss what’s changed, where you’re headed, and what your updated documents need to accomplish.
02 – Writing | Expedited Turnaround (5-7 Business Days)
From there, I’ll update the materials from your original engagement to reflect meaningful changes in your experience, technical skills, new responsibilities, a shift in leadership scope, career direction, and target opportunities, while maintaining your voice.
Depending on your original engagement, this may include your:
Resume • LinkedIn Profile • Cover Letter • Career Bio • Networking Bio • Other Career Documents
The update is based on your original engagement, not a one-size-fits-all package. Because we’re building on existing work rather than starting from scratch, your update receives an expedited 5-7 business-day turnaround, depending on scope.
03 – Review | Post-Delivery Strategy Meeting (60 Minutes)
Finally, we’ll review the updates together, talk through any changes, and make sure everything is aligned before finalizing.
Your Returning Client Benefit | $697
After you become a Scientech client, you become eligible for the annual career documents update 12-24 months later—and again every 12-24 months after each subsequent update.
It’s a predictable returning-client investment for keeping the materials we’ve developed together current as your career evolves.
Need More Than an Update?
The career documents update is designed for evolution, not a completely new career strategy.
If your career direction has changed substantially, you’re targeting a very different type of role, or significant time has passed since we last worked together, I’ll reassess the scope with you to determine what level of support makes sense.
Depending on what has changed, that may mean a new strategic engagement rather than a streamlined update.
Ultimately, the goal is to match the work to what your career actually needs.
